IOWA CITY — Iowa’s Oct. 26 football game against Northwestern will air on the Big Ten Network, the conference announced Monday. The game, which is Iowa’s home opener, is already scheduled to kick off at 2:30 p.m.

It will be the first time Iowa will not be on a major network since the Hawkeyes’ Week 3 game against Troy aired on FS1.

ESPN Analytics gives Iowa an 83.4 percent chance of winning against Northwestern. The Wildcats – 3-3 overall and 1-2 in Big Ten play – are coming off a 37-10 win over Maryland on Friday. They will play Wisconsin at home this weekend.
