Free Daily Trolley Service Guide for Laguna Beach, Tuesday, September 3, 2024 through June 2025
You can ride the Laguna Beach Trolley to restaurants, shopping, beaches and Dana Point.

You can ride the Laguna Beach Trolley daily on the Coast Highway to Dana Point.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to use the free trolley

Trolley routes outside the summer season (September 3, 2024 – June 27, 2025)

Coastal route

Free trolley service on Coast Highway between North Laguna/Heisler Park, downtown, South Laguna/Mission Hospital and Ritz Carlton in Dana Point.

Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m

Frequency: Every 20-30 minutes.

Laguna Canyon Route

Park for free at Lot 16/Act V (1900 Laguna Canyon Road) and ride a free trolley bus to downtown Laguna Beach every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m

Frequency: Every 30 minutes.

Note: Lot 16 is closed to the public Monday through Friday.

Average waiting time of 15-30 minutes after requesting a ride
Rides can be requested up to seven days in advance
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
If necessary, parents must bring child seats
A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available at all times
The on-demand app also displays trolley status information
Face coverings are recommended while driving, but are not required
Bike rack (weight limit 50 pounds, no e-bikes)
