Spencer Rattler will start against the Buccaneers

New Orleans Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler will start Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, coach Dennis Allen said Wednesday. Allen said he felt Rattler, a fifth-round rookie out of South Carolina, gave the Saints the best chance to win.
