Takuma Inoue will defend his WBA bantamweight title against Seiya Tsutsumi in the main event of a Tokyo card featuring four world title fights.

In addition to the main event, we will also see Shokichi Iwata and Jairo Noriega fighting for the vacant WBO title at 108 pounds; and two flyweight title fights: Seigo Yuri Akui defends the WBA title against Thananchai Charunphak and Kenshiro Teraji meets Cristofer Rosales for the vacant WBC belt as Teraji seeks a world title in a third division.
