Shooting leaves man in critical condition in Guadalupe

GUADALUPE, AZ (AZFamily) – A man is seriously injured after a shooting Saturday evening in Guadalupe.

At 7:45 p.m., officers went to a home near Calle Iglesia and Avenida Del Yaqui for reports of a shooting.

When they arrived, they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. There is no information as to whether he is expected to survive or not.

The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.

Investigators begin investigating what led to the shooting. No further information was released.
