The U.S. men’s national team era under new head coach Mauricio Pochettino got off to a solid start in an international match against Panama.

AC Milan midfielder Yunus Musah scored the first goal early in the second half, giving the Stars and Stripes a 1-0 lead. Musah completed an impressive team move for the USMNT on the left that included several quick passes between Christian Pulisic, Brenden Aaronson and Antonee Robinson.

Musah made a quick run into the middle of the penalty area to meet Pulisic’s cross. The 49th-minute goal was Musah’s first goal for the USMNT in his 42nd appearance.
