Heat decline in triple digits as cooling trend continues

Things are getting more pleasant here in the Coachella Valley as the long-awaited cooling trend brings us closer to our seasonal average. Yesterday we recorded a high of 103° in Palm Springs. We were in triple digits again today, but as the cooling trend continues, we can expect the temperature to drop below 100° in the coming days.

With a high expected to be just under triple digits, the forecast for tomorrow looks like it’s going to be a great day for the pool!

Looking at our temperature outlook, we can still expect slightly above average temperatures in about a week.

Temperatures remain constant from Sunday to Tuesday. From Wednesday we can expect gradually cooler temperatures from day to day. Highs will still be slightly above average, but conditions will feel significantly more seasonal by next weekend.
