2. On the homepage, find the “UGC NET 2024 Final Answer Key” link in the “Public Announcements” section and click on it.
3. A PDF file will open. Download it.
4. Save the PDF, compare your answers with the final key and calculate your score.
5. If necessary, print the final answer key.

The NTA prepared the final answer key after considering candidates’ objections to the provisional key and adjudicated by a panel of subject matter experts. UGC NET Result 2024 is based on this revised final answer key.

Understanding Markup Normalization for UGC NET

For exams conducted across multiple shifts, candidates’ raw marks are converted into an NTA (percentile) score. If a subject test spans multiple shifts, the NTA score reflects the raw marks achieved. The results from all strata are compiled to determine the eligibility cutoffs, with the lowest percentile serving as the cutoff for all candidates in that category.

The UGC NET June exam was held from August 21 to September 4, 2024 in two shifts: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The provisional answer key was published in September and the objection period ended on September 14, 2024.
