Jenna Ortega advises fans not to do this “Wednesday” TikTok trend

Jenna Ortega has urged fans not to take part in a recent TikTok trend that sees people mistreating Wednesday dolls on display in stores.

In recent videos on the platform, some filmed themselves pushing the plush doll’s hair back so far that the figure appeared bald.

The doll itself has Wednesday’s two iconic black pigtails and wears her school uniform as seen on Ortega, who plays the schoolgirl in the Netflix spin-off series.

In fact, so many people are following this trend that one department store warned customers not to mess with the dolls. “Don’t ruffle your hair on Wednesday, you’ll be asked to leave,” the poster read.
