The alleged Toronto victim of accused serial killer Sabrina Kauldhar has been identified as 66-year-old Trinh Thi Vu.

On October 1, just after 2:08 p.m., Toronto Police responded to the area of ​​Keele St. and Dundas St. W. where a woman was found dead in a residence with injuries to her body

Kauldhar, 30, of Toronto, has been charged with second-degree murder in Vu’s death.

It is believed the two women knew each other.

Kauldhar was also charged with first-degree murder in Hamilton on Oct. 2 and second-degree murder in Niagara on Oct. 3

Police said around 2:49 p.m. on Oct. 2, they responded to a disturbance at John Allan Park in the Falls and found Fallsview Casino chef Lance Cunningham, 47, with serious injuries.

Despite the efforts of firefighters and paramedics, Cunningham, who had been walking his dogs, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Then, on Oct. 3, at approximately 12:26 p.m., Hamilton police responded to a call in a parking lot on MacNab St. N. where an unresponsive man was found, later identified as a retired 77-year-old former high school Teacher Mario Bilich was identified near his car by friends with significant injuries consistent with a stabbing.

He later died in hospital.

Niagara Region police officers arrested Kauldhar at a Burlington hotel on Oct. 3 and said the killings of the two men were random.

Niagara Police Chief Bill Fordy told reporters that investigators were checking with colleagues across Ontario to see if there might be other suspected victims.

“It was a tight time frame and there was a risk that she would commit further crimes,” Fordy told reporters, adding that 100 investigators were hunting the suspected killer.

“I think by definition she’s a serial killer,” he claimed.

Police are also trying to identify a woman who was seen on security footage at the Giant Tiger at 2025 Guelph Line in Burlington on Oct. 1 purchasing clothing that Kauldhar later had in her possession at the time of her arrest.

“We are attempting to identify the other woman to ensure her safety and confirm what role, if any, she played,” Fordy said.

Kauldhar was previously charged with assault and probation violation in 2019 while in Sault Ste. lived. Marie, although the outcome of these charges is unknown.

Fordy said she was known to police, without providing further details.
