Steam releases free download for 9/10 RPG

Steam users can now try out a fantastic Viking-themed RPG for free on Steam that comes highly recommended in reviews.

The Steam freebie we’re talking about today is a free demo for a game that honestly gives me something Hades And God of War: Raganarok vibes.

It says Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel, And players can test it now for free and without obligation on Steam.

The game’s description states: “Hordes of Hel is a thrilling roguelike horde survival game set in a dark Viking underworld. Fight waves of enemies to gain the divine blessings of the ancient Norse gods, explore enemy realms, summon powerful bosses, and prove your worth in epic battles. Become a godlike warrior in this ultimate showdown.”

As with any good roguelike, there are many upgrades to acquire, fighting enemy variants and having to communicate with the gods to gain improved abilities is very important Hades-like.

It’s still fairly early in the game’s development cycle, but it has still impressed those who have played it, making the demo a must-have for any fan of the genre, or if you just think it looks interesting.
