America First Credit Union Creates Better Member Experiences with New Technology from Diebold Nixdorf – FF News

America First Credit Union worked with a technology leader Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE: DBD) to modernize and enhance its payment transactions and ATM offerings – including becoming the first credit union to implement next-generation cloud-native technology that enables an enhanced member experience. This is part of the credit union’s long-term strategy to further modernize and future-proof the way members manage their money.

Chad Lynch, director of ATM technology and card services at America First Credit Union, said: “By upgrading our legacy switch systems with these advanced solutions, we can quickly introduce new processes and remain flexible as member needs change. Ultimately, it’s about being able to offer our members innovative products and services while reducing costs and achieving new efficiencies.”

The credit union worked with Diebold Nixdorf to implement:

• Vynamic® Transaction middleware to replace their legacy Switch systems, which will help the credit union offer faster and more customizable transactions as well as the ability to quickly upgrade existing services in the future. This also includes features such as text and email receipts, personalization settings, card authentication, cardless services, higher transaction limits and more. America First Credit Union is the first credit union to implement this technology.
• Diebold Nixdorf ATMs, including the DN series®offer real-time video assistance, cash recycling and enhanced security, providing members with a more robust transaction experience. Members can use these machines to handle nearly all of a credit union’s services without leaving their cars in places like this new Provo branch. Implementing these machines and middleware enables new experiences, such as the ability to speak with a credit union employee on demand.
