Gutierrez reportedly met the victims of both incidents on Old Hickory Boulevard after they responded to a Facebook Marketplace listing a Toyota Corolla for sale.

According to police, the victims said Gutierrez brandished a handgun before taking the money brought for the transaction. During one of the robberies, a second victim also had his iPhone and license plate stolen.

Gutierrez has been charged with three counts of aggravated robbery and is being held on $150,000 bond.
