‘Invincible’ season 3 release date leaked as Arcane hacker returns

According to the same person who leaked Arcane season 2 episodes, Invincible season 3 is set to premiere in early 2025.

Earlier this year, Netflix suffered one of the largest security breaches of all time. Full episodes of anime like Terminator Zero and Dandadan have surfaced online, but the biggest leak was the second season of Arcane, where full (unfinished) episodes appeared on social media.

One of the culprits appeared to be Jace Johnson, who also claimed to have access to Stranger Things Season 5 and Sonic 3. After seemingly being threatened by the streaming service, he kept a low profile – until now.

Before his X/Twitter account was blocked (again), he revealed this The third season of Invincible will be released on February 6, 2025.

Amazon hasn’t confirmed whether this is true, so take it with a grain of salt – Johnson’s assets seemed legitimate, however, particularly a short teaser with Mark and Cecil at Burger Mart in which they discuss the end of Invincible’s second season (plus one Look at the blue suit).

After the two-and-a-half year wait between the first two chapters of Invincible, Robert Kirkman confirmed that he hopes to bridge the gap for future seasons. Work on Season 3 was already underway before the release of Season 2, Part 2, with dubbing work for the new episodes completed in April.

“The reality of animation may make this a little difficult, but I can guarantee that the gap between Seasons 1 and 2 is the longest gap we should ever have, barring some unforeseen disaster,” he told Collider.

“It could be every 18 months or 16 months or 13 months or every 12 months. We’re still trying to figure it out,” he added, and Steven Yeun said, “We’ve been working. We plan episodes, we know what’s going on.”

If Johnson’s leaks are true, there’s another reason to be excited: After Season 2’s big mistake, Invincible’s third season won’t be split into two parts, so you don’t have to worry about an arbitrary, month-long break.
