Domestic Violence Incident in Quincy Leads to Arrest – Ohio Highlight

On Sunday, Logan County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of domestic violence at a home on Carlisle Street in Quincy. The caller, a woman, was pursuing her boyfriend, 31-year-old Quandale Littlefield, after a physical altercation.

Law enforcement coordinated with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and stopped Littlefield’s vehicle on East Court Street in Sidney. When officers arrived, they separated the couple for questioning.

The victim reported that Littlefield had been drinking heavily. She said he called her for a ride around 2:45 a.m. after a car accident. He was insulted during the pickup. She later received a threatening message from him, claiming he hit her in the back of the head and damaged her belongings.

Littlefield denied hitting her and suggested she sent the threatening message herself. He explained their problems stemmed from jealousy and claimed his mother was on FaceTime during the incident.

Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol on Littlefield, who was arrested for domestic violence and taken to the Logan County Jail.
