Daniel Jones and the New York Giants lost another game in prime time Sunday night, most recently against the Cincinnati Bengals, continuing a terrible trend.

While Jones has put up solid numbers in recent weeks, including a big road win at Seattle in Week 5, his primetime production is a different story. In fact, few quarterbacks have had more problems when operating under the lights in nationally televised games. Here’s a look at the numbers:

Jones’ only prime-time win was against the Commanders in December 2022, a 20-12 win that ended with a questionable non-call – a possible Giants pass interference in the end zone on fourth down as the Commanders were about to tie the game Game.

With this win, Jones ended his nine-game losing streak in prime time early in his career. It’s also long forgotten, especially after the Giants opened the 2023 season with an embarrassing 40-point loss on “Sunday Night Football” to the Cowboys and then looked weak in the 2024 season opener against the Minnesota Vikings.
