Source codes for various classic Pokémon titles leaked, along with beta sprites, concept art and scrapped Pokémon – NintendoSoup

Earlier this week, Game Freak was hit by a massive data breach affecting the source codes and internal design materials of several classic games Pokémon games.

The leak contains source codes for games from Gen 3 onwards (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire), Gen 4 (Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, Heart gold/soul silver) and Gen 5 (Pokémon Black/White). Highlights include beta sprites for existing and retired Pokémon, map editors for the aforementioned games, preliminary assets, and concept art.
