Most major banks are taking the day off, but mobile and online options should still work. The stock exchange remains open on Monday.

USPS postal services will be shut down, as will state and federal facilities such as the RMV, courts and, of course, public schools.

Many retail or grocery stores remain open and ready for customers on their day off. The PVTA operates with reduced services on weekdays.
