After South Indian actress Oviya’s private video leaked online, here’s how she responded to a troll.

Famous South Indian actress Oviya, real name Helen Nelson, works in Tamil and Malayalam films. Although she made her acting debut in the 2007 Malayalam film Kangaroo with Prithviraj Sukumaran, she came into the limelight only ten years later when she appeared in Bigg Boss Tamil 1. The show aired on Star Vijay was hosted by Kamal Haasan in 2017.

Now, Oviya is making headlines after her alleged intimate video was leaked online. In the clip, which went viral on the internet, the actress can be seen in a compromising situation. Several social media users have claimed that it is a deepfake video. Although Oviya or her team have not directly addressed the controversial matter, she shared a picture of herself on her Instagram on Saturday, October 12.

When a netizen tried to troll her in the comment section and asked her to share the longer version of her private video, the actress replied to him and wrote, “Next time bro.” Although she has disabled the comment section on this post on her Instagram, The screenshots are already circulating on X, formerly Twitter.

Meanwhile, Oviya made her debut in Tamil cinema in the 2009 film Naalai Namadhe. Since then, she has been a part of various films like Sillunu Oru Sandhippu, Yaamirukka Bayamey, Hello Naan Pei Pesuren, Muthukku Muthaaga and Ganesha Meendum Santhipom. The actress was last seen in the 2024 Tamil comedy Boomer Uncle, where she played herself in a special appearance.
