County police arrest Monticello man for marijuana

On Thursday, October 10, at approximately 4:20 p.m., Officer Wozniak of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a beige 2004 Pontiac van near 9A Road and US 31.

During his investigation, he discovered that the driver, 33-year-old Robert M. Duran Jr. of Monticello, was driving a prohibited vehicle. He also had marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia on him. Duran was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
