Phoebe and Peach State Health Plan are partnering to offer free wellness checks in Albany

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – Peach State Health Plan and Phoebe have teamed up to offer free wellness checks in Albany.

According to a flyer, the “Healthy Days in the Community” event will run from Tuesday, Oct. 15, through Thursday, Oct. 17, at various locations throughout Albany.

The event will be held at the Jefferson Street Boys and Girls Club, 1309 N. Jefferson St., on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m

Wednesday’s event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Jane Wilson Boys and Girls Club, 1012 Holloway Ave. instead of

Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments can be made by calling (229) 312-MYMD (6963).
