On October 10, 2019, Jamica Thibo was riding her bicycle on Savannah Avenue in Port Arthur at approximately 3:15 a.m

A surveillance camera captured the final moments before a driver hit Thibo.

Police officers and Thibo’s family are desperate to catch his murderer.

“It’s truly heartbreaking to know that there’s a family out there that lost a loved one and, in my opinion, a coward who didn’t come forward to admit that they did that,” Raley said .

Thibo was a brother, nephew and father who was deeply missed by his loved ones. The police chief says there are two people of interest but need the public’s help to take the next step and facilitate family resolution.

“It could be someone who was talking to someone about something that happened. “Hey, you know I hit something that day, my vehicle was damaged,” Raley said. “A body shop if they know a vehicle came in that looked like that vehicle at the time to have repairs done. Provide this information.

The smallest piece of information could make a big breakthrough and bring his family the peace they have sought for five years.
